Live cooking stations makes eating at Day and Night a fun and varying experience, using only the freshest of ingredients. Managing the hotel’s three restaurants and bars, Day & Night, Exit Bar and Café Social, Chef Ilker comes with a ton of experience in the hospitality field ranging across Istanbul, London, Abu Dhabi and now, Dubai. In his kitchen, you will always find three staple ingredients of onions, garlic and mustard (amongst many others) that he loves experimenting with and in his downtime, you can find Chef Ilker diving and exploring the waters. Why? Because, he is a certified PADI instructor!
